I got a PP seat when I thought I was in E+ from EWR-HNL. I was initially puzzled about the missing middle seat for my row until I realized it was a PP configured a/c. On my original return flight, there was an A/C swap to another PP configured a/c but I wound up extending my trip and taking a different routing back. I was in a normal E+ seat for that. I'm pretty sure it was just the regular Economy Service but with the PP seat, once I figured out where everything was and how to use it. it was not my idea of an intuitive layout...
