Had an interesting conversation with a long-time GS agent last night about HUCA. She said that when ua1flyer called, he could not be identified by the phone number.. Rather, she recognized his voice. Also he told her that he always HUCA if the GS agent answering his call could not recognize his voice in 4 seconds.
