As for SQ37, there is flexibility with meal times if you ask the crew in advance. Personally, I opt for the nonstop now that it exists. My use of SQ11/12 (or the defunct SQ7/8 through ICN) were when the nonstop didn't exist or I took advantage of a spontaneous escape deal.
