I completely agree on the noise issues. I stayed there a few months ago and was shocked at how bad the noise insulation is. Apparently they will be improving the noise cancellation of the windows through this year. I therefore agreed with the front desk people that we'd see eachother again in 2024.
Aside from that, lovely hardware and service. But I need to sleep on business trips.
IMO, I haven't really found a hotel in KL that has good noise insulation - I'm 35 floors up at the Sheraton and can hear every motorcycle like it's in bed with me.
