Advice on missing Austrian Airlines payment from luggage delay claim
I made a claim to Austrian Airlines on January 12th for items purchased due to a delayed luggage. On April 28th, I received an email saying that the amount of 200 Euro has been transferred to my account and that it can take up to three weeks to be received. On May 22nd, I noticed that I haven't received the money yet and followed up with them by email informing them of this. Today I received a reply that they checked their internal records and the money has been sent. I checked again to make sure that I provided them with the correct Iban number and everything checks out. The recipient account is a Cypriot Euro account. Has anyone had this happen? Any suggestions on how I should proceed?
