I have just received my Monos carry on. I am glad I got this ordered because two days ago the Air Canada carry on baggage police refused to let my Delsey Paris be taken on board. Forget about that I have been flying with this on AC for two years now. And that during the last 2 months I have flown 6 times with it on AC and just flew in on an International flight with it.
Certainly the Monos is smaller.

The customer service is terrible. They said 4 to 7 business days to deliver. It took them almost 3 weeks to do so. It looks nice and I do not use it for my laptop or electronics I carry. I have my personal item for that. This is for whatever I need onboard as I travel a lot of long haul internationals.
