In other words, a OWE booked in regular economy cannot get those seats, correct? In this way, I guess Class J = Premium Economy?
You need a Class J tkt. Class J is just a little better seat, nothing more. You get a non-alcoholic drink just as you would in Y. No alcoholic drinks available.
