2/4 on a flight this week. On one of those, the FA (SLC-DTW) was fantastic. Like the old days, brought the full can of Diet Coke from the start, replaced it several times, very attentive. He was chatty with folks as they were waiting for the lav, but not in a bad way. First time I've had to write in for a compliment in a long time.
Last trip 0/4 on PDB and I did write a note to DL to raise awareness. It really does seem like FAs have been told they don't really have to do it anymore. And the "one drink service and we're done" thing has got to

I’ve been here 6years, we are and have always supposed to attempt PDB till we have to stop cause the door closes, I get not doing it when it’s obvious you can’t serve the full cabin. But the FA is supposed to walk FC every 10 mins every flight. (Personally I do 15-20 mins on redeyes - don’t crucify me) but that’s our standard, DL doesn’t do audits, and I think that’s where the problem lays. There is no enforcement of the service you expect,
