It's worth making a run for the 2K lounge (or L M depending where you arrive from) once you land. As long as you stay in same concourse you arrived from you should be able to walk up to the lounge without going thru a passport or security check. I don't see them turning you away, and either of these lounges has showers.

Edit: but if you have luggage to collect, that might be a bit of a stretch, unless you manage to snatch one immediately and hurry up!
