2/4 on a flight this week. On one of those, the FA (SLC-DTW) was fantastic. Like the old days, brought the full can of Diet Coke from the start, replaced it several times, very attentive. He was chatty with folks as they were waiting for the lav, but not in a bad way. First time I've had to write in for a compliment in a long time.

Last trip 0/4 on PDB and I did write a note to DL to raise awareness. It really does seem like FAs have been told they don't really have to do it anymore. And the "one drink service and we're done" thing has got to stop or we're paying for a bigger seat, not F.
