All the seats in F are the same. Tray table is in the armrest. The single seats are preferred for being both an aisle and a window seat. Pitch is good. 1A will be bulkhead so you can't stretch your legs out under the seat in front of you and you have to store anything you may want in the overhead bins for takeoff and landing.

As far as the A seats go, my preference would be 2A, 3A, 4A. I would likely choose across the aisle if 1A was the only option.

Everyone has their preferences. I would note, however, that the seat placement with respect to the windows does make a difference. If sitting in 1A, your shoulder will be forward of the window frame, 2A, shoulder behind window frame allowing for a more natural turn of the head to look out, 3A, shoulder further back requires stretching the neck a bit to view out while 4A would require leaning forward to look out.

The same applies to the D seats but 1D has an extra window forward.
