Group question on a canceled flight in July
I've been working with a US-based TA to put together an itinerary for a group in Boston to come to the UK in July. We have just had the tickets issued through the TA for a return flight NCL/LHR/BOS... and the LHR/BOS has just been canceled. This was 17 July BA203. BA have refused to protect this ticketed booking and are saying they can do nothing that day or the next day (despite BA293 showing enough economy seats - albeit only just).
This is a new one for me, and I have no idea what to do, other than never trust this ****ing airline ever ever again... Any advice out there?
