Of course they never did, and I couldn’t get through to the airline again because getting an agent is like winning the lottery. Then they marked me as a no-show on the first flight and canceled the entire itinerary.
I am not surprised. I had a spelling mistake and called them on an International call and they said that they would send me the link to change it and never did so and I could not get thru and had to fly to BKK and go to their office to get it corrected. That means it cost me a few hundred dollars to get to BKK and they charged me 90 dollars to make a change of one letter.
