Exclamation Extra charge on award stay for Holiday Inn?
I completed an award stay on points at the airport Holiday Inn in SLC.
I received a $52.56 charge on my final folio. The entire stay was booked with points, and I did not see any relevant "resort fee" associated with this hotel. The hotel staff did not know what this charge was either, even after speaking with their manager.

Has anyone seen a similar fee post with an award stay?
