Am I also right that only LH’s own frequent flyers are able to purchase access?

Am I missing anything that could give us all access on Economy tickets?
Pre pandemic Lufthansa sold access to their business lounges, but not Senator. I am not sure if they still do that.

In Bangkok and Singapore it will be at the graces of Thai Airways and Singapore Airlines, no Lufthansa lounges there. I am pretty certain SQ does not sell access, nor be particularly grandiose with the exceptions, so in Singapore you will more than likely need to avail on terminal F&B. I don't know about Thai, but a guess would be the same end result as for Singapore.
