For the steep regular rates IC Osaka is asking at the moment though for further out in 2023 where rates can be in the 80-100k++ JPY range, the Voco would definitely be worth a consideration though the HI Inn & Suites near Shin Osaka isn't a terrible place if one wants / needs to stay with IHG. Not saying it is the same, but it is a decent hotel for the price. YMMV.

​​​​​​I'm staying for 4 nights in the beginning of August. I booked the IC Osaka, Voco, and the HI Shin Osaka. Thinking about saving money so leaning towards the HI, so it's funny that you mentioned all 3 that I'm looking at.
