Same problem here, booked an award ticket and reached till the end and got the not ticketed page.
However my credit card got billed and in the manage my booking i got the PNR number. At the same time got an email saying my booking is not confirmed but was still able to choose seats. Sighs, looks like i have to call them....
Update:
Was able to get through to a person, they had to reissue my ticket and then send me a manual link for payment. After that took about 30 mins for the ticket to be properly issued.
