I had a QR flight to Edinburgh on the 25th which I missed because the incoming flight to Doha was delayed. I was rerouted through heathrow and none of my bags made it onto my flight. I filled a case and initially both cases were found and were due to be on the next mornings flight to EDI.

One bag eventually showed up yesterday but my other bag is still showing missing (searching for bag), the airtag inside the bag shows that the bag is in T5. Is there a way I can escalate this? get them to physically go look for the bag?
