$1 per minute idle fees if you leave it sitting at the charger after it finishes charging....? I would say that is a good way to keep people moving and not hogging up charger spaces when they aren't charging but just wow.

As if I as a renter know how long the thing actually takes to charge up.

I will not be renting one of these anytime soon.
