I stayed there with friends about a month ago and we were all very impressed with the quality of the rooms for the price paid. Some rooms are in the main ornate part of the hotel (above charing cross station) which I gather are smaller but some rooms are in a newer wing of the hotel (where I stayed- bit of a maze to get to your room!) and for a central London hotel I was very impressed with the size of the room, especially the bathroom which, like the bedroom looked out over the river as well. Agree with others about the brilliant location. Watch out for the buffet breakfast, £16.95!!!!!
