The latest I’ve been able to get Tristar to book pick up to STN is three hours before departure. I think the check in cut off is one hour before departure if you can convince them to push back pick up. I once turned up about one hour fifteen before departure because I was picked up at the office in West London in rush hour for the evening flight and the drive took two hours. That was a mistake!
