Not sure why. Personally I never experienced capacity / crowding in the main dinning room section. So the first class floor is truly 'wining and dinning" although there is nothing to rave about the dinning part. There are only four table there - if I remember correctly - maybe six. S that's for 8 -12 people. I think the earlier configuration with arm chairs accommodated 6 or 8.
