We have a LOT of AP points. If one partner plans, will the other partner have 0% chance of finding out where we go? We even instituted a policy of telling no one where we’re going, as some of our family/friends blabbed and spoiled the whole thing.
I think you'll be ok. The redemption line on the activity page (at least in the app) shows the amount of points deducted (total and your pro-rata share) and the booking reference number, but not the destination or other trip details.
