I just flew the BR flight from BKK to TPE and then to YYZ. The service has gone down a lot. I am shocked. I flew PE and the flight was jam packed all full from business to pe to Y.
The food is PE was fairly bad by BR earlier comparison. The Lounge was full and people shouting. They have these 5 lounger and if only they have segregated it even by a wall or plastic barrier it would be better. Much smaller airlines than BR if they have these chairs are segregated. I had a 13 hour layover at TPE.
The staff were courteous and friendly I have to say.
