I was recently in France and made several purchases. At the airport, I scanned all my forms and the ones that were stamped Global Blue showed up on my credit card within 3-4 days.
There is one that came from a major luxury shop, where I spent 5000 euro. This form looked identical to my other VAT Forms, with the exception that there is a blank spot where it normally says Global Blue

When I scanned this form at the airport, I did have to show the purchases to the border agent. It's been 4 weeks without a refund yet. The store says everything is finished on their end.

Given the amount of tax refund involved, I'm a bit stressed about this. Is it normal to have a VAT form that's not marked Global Blue take an extra long time?
