KLM will not allow you take an earlier flight. You are booked on the flights you have including the AMS-MUC flight leaving 3 hours later and no chance you will be rebooked to the earlier flight, even if you are in time at the gate. You will have the wrong boarding pass and so on. Simply forget it.
