We had a response to a claim stating that it was weather related due to forecasts of thunder storm and an air traffic control imposed reductions in number of flights, but no details of which airport was affected and the MetOffice has no Yellow or higher thunderstorm warnings for the date in question.
I don’t suppose you’d have any insight on the route to appeal what felt very much like a fobbed off claim.
