Hi all, I love Rosewood HK so much that despite I have been traveling overseas, I recently returned again for a 2-night 'detox' post a long haul trip and wanted to see what it's like post-reopening.
The stay was phenomenal. I would wholeheartedly recommend booking a suite with club access and the airport pickup (no prizes for guesses - I did both).
White asparagus for breakfast. Unlimited caviar with full condiments at the buffet (oscietra...not avruga...) and even a beef wellington station one evening for the cocktails sesh. They also rotate some samples of their other F&B outlet offerings at the club too.
The absurd 45-minute limit at the pool has been gone for good and it's returned to its tranquility when it first opened in 2019. It's also very well staffed (maybe just only awaiting some bells and whistles to be brought back like aqua mist and fruit skewers back then)
They've brought in a new GM and to some extent I can see how they 'care' more nowadays (well, they ought to with the absurd prices nowadays) - another example being a minor fix to the minibar opening handle which was often complained about for snapping one's nails.
I could go on......
Going off topic: I next stayed at the R-C Macau and that was arguably yet another level. I am inclined to believe it's the best city R-C in Asia (or even the world?) with no close competition. If only they opened up more inventory (for cash or for points) rather than keeping them for high rollers.

Not sure if there would be any material improvements post-COVID but during the past 3 years it was consistently a notch below the other top 10 or so luxury hotels in HK. The management is essentially the same extended team as the three 'Marco Polo' hotels atop of Harbor City - i.e. more accustomed to catering to large come-and-go tour groups instead.
