I have an upcoming reservation at the Fairmont San Francisco. When I check my online ALL account, it shows an eight letter (like ABCDEFGH) confirmation number. But I have received an email with one of those nor1 upgrade offers for my reservation with a completely different confirmation number consisting of seven numbers. It shows the correct type of room I have reserved. Have other people noticed this sort of thing, which makes it seem they don’t know what they are doing. I guess it’s another datum point supporting people’s grumbling about Accor ALL.
