Call Aeroplan and check that there are no changes to anyone's account in your family sharing plan, email, etc. My daughter's account was hacked and my account was cleaned out. Aeroplan is investigating. The hacker changed my daughter's email to and then was able to buy estore gift cards. This all happened in the middle of the night. Aeroplan has no security chackes in place to prevent this happening.
