Has anyone booked with avios on avios.com that would know the answer to this? on the booking confirmation it says 0 checked baggage, but on the phone they tell me it includes bags, and on iberia MMB it says no bags, and i called up iberia they told me no checked baggage, also BA (although it wasnt booked through BA) told me it has no bags. It is operated by Iberia express if that makes a difference
