Not necessarily. £650 for UK-DXB is still reasonable value IMO. If you've paid £500 for Y return, and get offers both ways, then it's £1800 total. About £1300 less than the current J saver fare (MAN-DXB).
Not as good as the £450 offers from pre-pandemic days obviously.
