I know that I'm entitled to use the call button, but generally prefer to catch a FA as they pass by or head up to the galley to make the request. Also, the call button can be bothersome to people around you, especially if they're trying to rest.

(The curtains are also for light, so the cabin can be dimmed but the FAs can still see to do their jobs.)
