I should go to the regular non-US/ESTA line upon arrival in IAD and go through regular immigration, then mention to the CBP Officer that I have GE Conditional Approval and would like to use Enrolment On Arrival, correct?

From there, where will I go? The CBP/GE office on the other side of baggage reclaim?

To confirm, there is no other paths at IAD? (I understand some US airports have dedicated lanes/booths for this, but not Dulles?)

Finally, any ideas of wait times for the GE interview on arrival at IAD? I’ll be arriving on a Sunday evening on the BA293 which lands around 8pm EST.
Did the Enrolment on Arrival at IAD just a month ago. Went to the regular queue and asked the CBP officer where I could enroll, he walked me to a colleague at nearby counter that didn’t have any signange related to GE. The “interview” was basically couple of minutes long, no Q&A but just him typing my data and getting my photo/fingerprints. Got the KTN update from the site in a couple of hours and used the TSA Precheck in 2 days when I was flying back to Europe. came in IAD on Monday 2pm. There was just one person in front of me waiting for the EoA.
