The Aesop pump bottles at Andaz are not dispensers, but 500 mL bottles similar to those that were (are?) used at the PH Tokyo spa. The pump bottles can be freely moved and could be easily taken away; hence the warning that they will charge 11,000 yen if a guest takes them away. We found them much easier to use than mini bottles, especially the Le Labo mini bottles, which are about the most poorly made bottles I have ever seen. At one stay at PH Kyoto the Le Labo body wash mini bottle was impossible to open.
