No, but I don't think there are any others right now with the same issues.
UA departs from T3F, T3E, and T2 at SFO.
UA has Clubs in T3F and T3E (I'm ignoring international).
The AC lounge is not a very long walk from T3E, and is much closer to the T2 gates. But UA has a bigger presence at T2 than AC does.
And there are many people flying UA who do not have UC access, but do have *A lounge access.
I don't like these exceptions, but there are airports where it's necessary, and SFO is one of them given where AC's lounge is. It doesn't make sense to have it full all the time with a line for your own passengers (though the line would likely be majority UA*G flying UA).
