Is it me or have things gotten significantly worse the last few days?
I've been looking to book some awards and had to search multiple routes and dates. After changing one parameter at the search form (Either route or date) it would come back with "no flights found" and the only way to proceed is to fully logout & re-login. Alternatively clear all cookies. After a while the website started asking me al kinds of validation captchas as obviously I was logging out & in constantly.
Thought this was related to award search...but now the same thing happens for cash bookings too. Since you dont have to login the easiest way is to search though an 'incognito' browser window (and just close & reopen to reset thngs)...but this is getting kinda bad. Extremely annoying.
Another workaround is using the app. While that interface isnt great when searching for multiple options, if the website doesnt work this is almost the only method left to use? And even the app has issues. When you flip the switch to search for awards you can't change the source/destination cities. And class only allows Economy.
