In YYZ TB, they took out the elevated seating area, which certainly gave them more space to add seats without changing much else.
Not that I've been as often as most other lounges, but in YYZ SS, there was never a wait for a bathroom when I was there. If they actually have stats on that, they could remove a couple.
Lots of things they can do to optimize existing spaces for additional capacity.
