They need to figure out a way to get people up to the YYZ DOM lounge without taking the elevator. YVR TB lounge needs more than one coffee station and a more intelligent queue system for it. I was there one day and there was a lounge attendant making coffee for people sitting and they would butt their cups in front of people lined up at the machine to make the coffees. Unacceptable. I made that complaint known to AC and went to SBUX.
