I prefer to remain seated in my aisle seat until the people two rows in front of me are moving (meaning actual forward movement toward the front boarding door). I wish more people would do the same, as it would make the deplaning experience nicer for everyone.
For those who like to move around immediately, I would suggest doing a walk up and down the aisle just before the final seatbelt sign comes on. Get the circulation going beforehand rather than when everyone else also is trying to move around.
Another irritant, when you do stand upon landing, and the window passenger immediately puts a suitcase on your seat. I've often stood up to fetch a winter coat, and then sit down again for the sometimes 10-minute wait for deplaning, and find that the window passenger has placed something (suitcase/ handbag/ hat/ surprise) in my seat. One time it was a cat in a carrier, and that caused a kerfuffle.
