These reviews are making me more and more hesitant to shell out 40k miles for a Flagship First trans-con flight later this summer. I think it's valuable to form your own opinions, but this just seems like a cluster**** of a first class lounge. What a shame, because FFD was phenomenal and this game of champagne roulette was never on the menu.
