It's pretty quick, I got it in ~12 hours. There are 3 options when submitting the travel authorization, each cost more ave different processing time. 24hr, 12hr, 1hr.

They ask several questions, and you need to have a selfie, airline confirmation and hotel confirmation to attach to the application. So prepare this in advance.
