I am mostly worried about what I get for the money I pay. I don't mind a 450 USD menu if there is some substance to it. I don't mind paying for Sushi Saito, I do actually mind the rushed feeling of eating Sukiyabashi Jiro, so I don't feel I get an experience worth the price.

Honestly I might try the LV lounge, some level of curiosity, the chef should really be able to create something special. But so far it seems that appearance seems to take precedent over content. The smoky and salty from above just seem to fall short of the potential.
