Flying in august only, but preparing.
We land at LHR 21.40 from AMS, next day have a 9am flight to BER. Staying at Hilton T4.

How strict is the 10pm cut off for overnight bag drop? I assume we use the first wing for the drop?
Is it wise to use the service at all, what is the risk of bags getting lost?

We will have 4 heavy bags, so lugging it from T5 to T4 Hilton vv is a bit meh.
