I didn’t realise that they were using the Swiss Lounge. She made a snippy comment that maybe Finnair was using another lounge, but I didn’t see anything beyond BA listed on the One World lounge terminal map so I mistakingly assumed there wasn’t another option. Totally my mistake. It would have been nice if they could have pointed me in the right direction but I know that is not their job and they may not have known.

All in all, I know I wasn’t missing much. It was the rudeness of the desk attendants that surprised me the most. I am making a mini tier run making my way back to EDI so I have many more lounges in my future and the Finnair FAs have been lovely.
