Just what I always fancied, a 9.6 USD pain au chocolat, even the café in the main Dior store at Avenue Montaigne in Paris does not command these kind of prices. I saw the pictures of the sushi from the opening event on OMAAT, it looked dreadful. At 200 QAR I'd send it back to the kitchen.
My photos above are the Smoky and Salty and the fruit tart for reference. The fruit tart was very nice although I think the base was probably slightly overdone, the fish was a bit too ‘rustic’ for what they are going for, I think. Definitely a one-off to try at opening for me.
