I am BA Gold with a BA Ticketed flight on Finnair metal and was (very condescendingly) denied access to the BA lounge at O’Hare terminal 5. They said access was only allowed for BA ticketed/BA metal flights. Is this correct? I could maybe understand if I purchased the tickets through Finnair, but the ticket was purchased directly through BA.
