Yes. $350 is for the Citi Prestige, which is $495 - $145 = $350. I believe the Prestige was the first card to receive the credit benefit, hence the comparatively odd rebate amount when applied to the AA card.
They charged me $450 on AA Exec, I called them, and they said I'll receive $145 back in 1-3 billing cycles. Prestige, on the other hand just charges $350 right away.
