Holding this card and paying the AF is only worthwhile if you are a UA flyer and require the unpublished UC benefit. Your profile suggests you are DL & AA flyer so maybe not worth the effort as the card is otherwise mostly identical to CSR.
Many such cases where the AF is waived continuously. Otherwise, yes I agree. I don’t consider the CSR competitive either.
