Holding this card and paying the AF is only worthwhile if you are a UA flyer and require the unpublished UC benefit. Your profile suggests you are DL & AA flyer so maybe not worth the effort as the card is otherwise mostly identical to CSR.
Addendum: Of course there is the SUB if you qualify, balanced against 5/24
